Possession
It's time to make the move! Following thorough walkthroughs with your site supervisor, we ensure that your home is fully prepared for you to settle in.
We guide you through each mechanical aspect of your new home, providing instructions on how to operate and maintain each system effectively. To assist you further, we provide a comprehensive Homeowners Guide containing operation manuals, warranty documents, and detailed information regarding your mechanical systems.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to meet with your Discovery warranty representative. They will explain the warranty process in detail, inform you about what to expect during your first year of residing in your new home, and assure you of Discovery's ongoing support well beyond the warranty deadlines.
