Our History
Discovery Homes was founded in 2022 by Jeff Lorenz, Aaron Davis and Corey Davis. Growing up together, all based in farm backgrounds, as brothers and cousins, they have always had a drive to get creative and build interesting things every step of the way. All 3 are business owners, who decided to join forces to pursue the exciting possibilities of Net Zero Home construction. Jeff is a Journeyman carpenter and excels at business management and specializes in residential framing. Aaron has worked with various custom home builders and has a wide range of experience with general contracting. Corey has a wide range of construction experience and a sound education in mechanical systems and training in building sciences and net zero construction. All three are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship and are passionate about the Net Zero future of home construction.
